Acharya Lokesh Honored with JAINA Presidential Award in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, July 7; In the presence of thousands of Devotees in the JAINA Convention held in Los Angeles, USA, Acharya Lokesh got JAINA Presidential awarded for the significant contribution of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharati founder to spread the teachings of Jainism on the global level and to give a special status to Jainism among different religions.
Jaina’s President Shri Gunavant Shah said during the dedication of the award that the honorable Acharya Dr. Lokeshji has devoted his life for the spreading Jainism across the Globe. He appreciated his efforts to make Jainism reach all the global platform like a platform of United Nations to Parliament of London, Parliament of India, Rashtrapati Bhavan, World Relations Parliament, including many international Forums. Jaina is feeling proud of by awarding all the prominent religious leaders for their notable contribution towards society too.

Acharya Lokesh is the eminent thinker who said that this award is not mine, it is the honor of the Indian culture and the teachings of Lord Mahavira that I have inherited. He said that Jain philosophy is very scientific and relevant. Jain philosophy is possible to address global problems like violence, terror, poverty and environmental pollution. He has appealed the youth to learn the learning and transform their life too.
On this occasion, Acharya Chandana Ji, Gurudev Rakeshbhai Zaveri, and Gurudev Chitrabhanuji were awarded for their notable contribution.
