Annual Quran Recitation event of the children aged between 6-16 years
Today evening 2nd annual Quran Recitation event of the children aged between 6 years to 16 years from Khuddam e Khawaja Gharib Nawaz family Sufi community of Ajmer Dargah Ajmer held at Mehfil Khana – Dargah Ajmer Shairf. The event was organised by Chishty Foundation as part of the ongoing 10th annual Sufi Rang Festival 2017.
The evening was graced by members of Anjuman Syedzadghan and Anjuman Shaikhzadgan, dignitaries of Ajmer city and elders of Khadim community.
The event was started by Quran recitation.
More than 75 children both boys n girls participated in the event.
Nizamat was done by Imran Khawajagaani sb.

Opening speech was delivered by Haji Syed Salman Chishty – Chairman Chishty Foundation , who spoke about the importance and spiritual effects of Quran recitation on both the Recitor and listeners also. And the inspiration behind organising the Quran recitation event for children of Khuddam e Khawaja Community.
All the 75 children who participated were awarded
A certificate of Participation – One Gold plated Medal and a school bag as gift of appreciation from Chishty Foundation – Ajmer Sharif .
1st Prize of a Chishty Sufi Shield Trophy with Gold plated medal was awarded to Syed Mahir Sanjiri Chishty .
2nd Prize of a Chishty Sufi Shield Trophy with Silver plated medal was awarded to Syed Tabheer Chishty
3rd Prize of a Chishty Sufi Shield Trophy with bronze plated was awarded to Syeda Asiya Chishty
Other dignitaries who were present from different Sufi Dargah’s of India were Syed Ale Mustafa Qadri Pasha sb from Hyderadab, Syed Nassiruddin Chishty sb from Shahi Bagh Khanqah – Ahmedabad, Syed Faizan Asharf sb from Kichocha Sharif Sufi Khanqah, Yunus Mohani sb, Syed Didar Chishty from UP and Mukhtar Ashraf from Delhi.
Also present in the award ceremony were Syed Bashir Jamali sb, Syed Zahid Hussain Chishty , Syed Akeel Chishty, Syed Gohar Chishty, Syed Syed Naeemudeen Chishty, Syed Farid Ul Haq Chishty, Syed Aman Chishty and other elders of Khadim Community.
