Recently TTD JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar has released Sri Padmavathi Amman Annual Varalakshmi Vratham wall poster to be held on Aug 4 at the Sri Padmavathi Temple, Tiruchanoor.
Speaking on the occasion JEO said that tickets are made available for public for the participation in the Varalakshmi Vratam. He said that two devotees could participate in one ticket of Rs.500, and 200 tickets were available in current booking and another 200 tickets available at online. The participants will be presented one Angavastram, one blouse, two laddus and two vadas as lords prasadams.
As part of the Varalakshmi vratam, special rituals will be held at the Padmavathi Ammavari temple and a procession of the deity on golden chariot in the evening besides bhajans and other cultural events on the day of Varalakshmi vratham.
JEO has urged the public to notice that in lieu of the Vratam all other darshans like Abhisekhanantaran darshan, Kumkumarchana, Lakshmi Pooja, Kalynotsavam and Unjal seva were cancelled.
