Ladakh, 31 March; As you all know that the people of Ladakh has also been affected by the deadly #COVID19. Let me share with all of you that Ladakh is in much safer side.
Firstly, compared to the other parts of the world, Ladakh is naturally quarantined. Secondly the population of Ladakh is quite thin. Thirdly and most importantly, the administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh have truly performed a commendable job in taking all the precautionary measures very well in time compared to other parts of the country.
The administration of the UT Ladakh is currently the most active and dedicated in taking care of its citizens. Therefore, all the Ladakhi’s should feel very fortunate and express profound gratitude to the Administration of UT Ladakh including Hon’ble Lt. Governor and Commissioner Secretaries, Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri. Jamyang Tsering Namgyal and each and every officials and persons involved in tackling this unprecedently dangerous virus.

I am confident, corona will not grow in Ladakh, and we only to be careful to those who will be coming to Ladakh from outside once the road is open and restriction is removed. However, we should not take it lightly. We all must strictly follow the various instructions, advice and guidance we have been receiving from various sources. Do not unnecessarily get panic and don’t say, What to do, where to go now?
Please don’t do anything, just do meditate, please don’t go anywhere, go inward. This will be our greatest service for the humankind at this moment. Keep your body and mind calm, quiet and relax and have confident. There are already more than 1 Lakh corona affected who have fully recovered. Keep up your faith, confident and please spend much of your time at Home in prayer and meditation.
We have a saying: “Jaha dawai kam nahi karta hai, vaha duai kam karta hai” meaning, prayer succeeds where medicine fails. We are not yet free from the war against the Corona Virus. The world is facing the biggest and most dangerous global war in the history of mankind. Please meditate on Mahakaruna- the great compassion.
