Guru Purnima Mahotsav, a Day of Reverence, Celebrated with Full Gusto Around the World
Punjab, July 17; Guru Purnima is a day to pay the homage of a disciple in the holy feet of his Guru. A day that marks the beginning of a new year for a disciple was celebrated on 9th July 2017 with much zest by all the members of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) at its various branches around the world. The Guru Purnima occasion kindled a new fire of spiritual thirst and longing in all the disciples for the presence of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.

Event Began with Aarti
The Guru Purnima event began with the aarti of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. Then, spiritual discourses were delivered by the preacher disciples of DJJS. The program commenced with the meditation session. The Guru Purnima mahotsav was concluded with the distribution of prasad .

Devotees pledged at the event
At the Guru Purnima Mahotsav, the devotees and disciples pledged to keep the Guru-disciple connection strong under all circumstances to walk the path of spirituality with as much gusto as possible, to make the world free from the evils of fear and threat of violence and finally, to uphold and contribute to His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji’s mission of world peace.
