Some tips to Indulge and Destress  :

Try Breathing exercises and meditation: The breath is important as a way of regulating emotions. Breathing properly is the most important thing we can do to destress. And its simple to learn and apply. Breathing completely like filling the whole of the lungs and expelling all of the air, is known as diaphragmatic breathing. This slows the heart rate, brings the blood pressure down, clears the mind and relaxes the muscles. Breathing exercises helps in calming your mind. You can also practice meditation during these days when at home.

Try Yoga: You can practice Yoga at home with your family as rarely you get a chance to practice Yoga together as a family. This way you can lay down a good habit of doing Yoga and exercises in your kids and also make your bond strong. As it says Healthy body have healthy minds.

Fun Time with Kids: Kids are full of energy so have some fun time with kids. You can’t go outside or even park so try board games with your kids that you used to play when you were kid. Ludo, Carrom and Trade are good to go. You can also play cards as there are many games that you can play with as many members with play cards.

Reading Books: In a fast pace life from home to work and back we get little time to read good books or our choice of books. As you can read books online too you can enjoy and relive those college days when you made records in reading popular books of your famous authors.

Passionate Cooking: Your work life have made sometime impossible to follow your passion to cook your favourite dishes. Now its a time to cook your own food. Also ask other family members like kids to help while making their favourite cake or biscuits. But don’t forget to eat healthy food as we have to build up our immunity strong to fight with coronavirus.

After doing so much hopefully you will feel distressed and infuse much energy in you office work while working from home.
