Millionaire Bryan Johnson Launches AI-Driven ‘Religion’ to ‘Save Humanity’
New Movement: ‘Don’t Die’
Bryan Johnson, a tech millionaire known for his quest to reverse ageing, has introduced a new ideology called ‘Don’t Die’.
In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), Johnson invited people to join his movement, asserting that it will “save humanity” and facilitate a transition into the AI era.
“Dear humanity, I am building a religion,” Johnson wrote.
“Wait a second, I know what you’re going to say. Hold that knee-jerk reaction and let me explain.”
Aiming to Be the Fastest-Growing Ideology
Johnson envisions ‘Don’t Die’ as the fastest-growing ideology in history, one that will be “admired and respected” by the 25th century.
He claims to have already integrated its principles into his daily life, focusing on optimised sleep, diet, exercise, and detailed tracking of his body’s organs. This, he asserts, has made him the slowest-ageing person in recorded history.
The Purpose Behind ‘Don’t Die’
According to Johnson, a thought experiment led him to imagine meeting people from the 25th century. He believes they will credit ‘Don’t Die’ as the reason humanity survived and successfully merged with AI.
To bring his vision to life, Johnson has launched the ‘Don’t Die’ app, which allows users to track their progress and connect with local communities. He asserts that this movement will not only extend human lifespan but also shape the future of humanity.
