Bodh, Karkardooma motivated the employees of Standard Cooper with My Workplace! My Responsibility workshop towards creating and maintaining drug free environment at workplaces.
Though the entire world of Internet is traced out to be infested with reports published on the necessity of transforming workplaces into drug free zones and for which, all claim it to be the responsibility of the employers. In addition, international and national campaigns are organized for curbing the issue at large. Yet, the efforts in themselves have been proved futile and are lagging behind with no potential outputs in hand. But within the very scenario, under the workshop ‘My Workplace! My Responsibility!’, The Drug Abuse Eradication Program (Bodh) under the stewardship of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan founded/mentored by His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj ji not only focuses upon the employers’ responsibility towards this concern but also motivate it more to be the responsibility of the employees in keeping the workplaces drug free. As per the structure, a 2 hours workshop was organized with more than 50 employees at Standard Cooper, a well-known firm located at Site IV, industrial area, Sahibabad in Ghaziabad.
The event eminently emphasised on raising an employees’ mental capacity to be able to work for their overall personality development. It includes: How to tackle all sorts of pressures that may lead one towards making wrong choices which eventually affects the working capacity and the environment, how to unleash hidden qualities and productive skills in order for generating efficient workforce etc.
Various financial impacts were also brought to the focus of the employees through financial calculative demonstrations, which though seem trivial initially but holes the pocket with large amount in longer run.
An exemplary team of the Bodh program from the organization’s center at karkardooma visited the place and further enacted upon a play titled “ how can I be balanced personality without drugs” before the audience and also very successfully demonstrated various situations in which a person as an employee tends to take wrong decisions while ending up making a trail of mistakes. The bailey was highly appreciated by the participants. Following that insightful enactment, an educative presentation was also delivered by the DJJS representative, Sadhvi Chaitanya Bharti Ji, the devotee/disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj ji. During her impactful narrative, she emphasised on the importance of positive aura which leads to cohesion in the entire office environment. She further stated, “A positive aura can only be created when a being gets connected to the perennial source of positivity which is one’s own soul. Only while communing with God, can one imbibe and reflect positivity in a true sense in and around”. The program was then concluded by the company head who not only appreciated the knowledge and understanding of the organization with regards to the various subjects relating to spirituality, psychology and social awareness but also extended his commitment in implementing such universal teachings while treating this grave issue of drug abuse in various capacities worldwide.
