United Religions Initiative India National Assembly in Ajmer Sharif
Alhamdulillah, a beautiful spiritual evening of InterFaith Dialogues and Inner essence of spiritual practices from major world Religions. Interfaith Alliance senior members of Ajmer City were invited by Chishty Foundation for the URI India National Assembly held today evening which was attended by over 100 delegates and active regional members URI Asia Network from India, SriLanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal along with representatives from San Francisco – USA headquarters, Turkey and Germany. Haji Syed Salman Chishty spoke about the importance of Sufi message to counter extremist and radical religious tendencies manipulated by so called scholars of religions.
Khawaja Gharib Nawaz(ra) message of Unconditional Love through practices of “Love Towards All and Malice towards None”.
A true beloved of God must develop three qualities of the Nature and Creation to serve the Creator humbly : River Like Generosity, Sun like Bounty and Earth like Hospitality.
The soulful dialogues were concluded with Mehfil Sema Qawwali Renditions from Shahi Qawwals Chowki of Dargah Ajmer Sharif and felicitation of the honoured Faith leaders and URI regional Co Ordinates.
