Dilwana; A two day empowering and energizing Yoga Camp- ‘Vilakshana Yoga Shivir’ was organized in Dilwana, Punjab on 6th & 7th May 2017 in the premises of Dilwana Ashram for the rural populace residing in the vicinity of Ashram. Over 300 people were benefited by participating in two days yoga camp. DJJS ‘Vilakshan Yog Shivir’ is a special camp which enumerates the significance and importance of ‘Yoga and Pranayama’; in overall healing of the body and attainment of perfect equilibrium and harmony.
