Mysuru, 19 June, On the third International Yoga Day June 21, the city of Mysuru dreams to enter the Gunnies Book of World Records for the highest number of people performing at single venue.
Mysuru district administration has announced that more than 60,000 people will participate in the event to create the new record. The big event will take place at the Mysuru Race course.
Apart from the college and school students, employees from the state and central government will be participating. Scouts and Guides, NCC, Postal Service, RBI will be participating in the Yoga event, said the Mysuru administration.
And 40 visually challenged children from Ranga Rao Memorial School too will be performing Asanas at the venue.
