Acharya Dr Lokesh Muni, Political and Community leaders discussed World Issues in New York

HH Acharya Dr Lokesh Muni addressed High-level meeting in presence of Senior Congressman Gregory Meeks, Assemblyman David I Weprin, Dr Shukla and many political and community leaders in New York.

The Global peace ambassador Acharya mentioned that the Global challenges like Global warming, terrorism, violence and many more we as the human race are facing in our day to day lives and how worse it could turn up until we the citizens of Mother Earth of different culture, religions, traditions come forward together to resolve with love, compassion, kind actions towards each other that’s the need of the hour.

Acharya Lokeshwhile addressing about Global warming mentioned that Jain Religion is proud to be the most responsible, concerned, caring religion in the world creating Environmental awareness through their lifestyle, moral values taught by His Holy Highness Bhagwan Mahaveer’s shatjeevanikai principle

Senior Congressman Gregory Meeks said that the time we are living in today’s day and age with the challenges like Global warming, violence, Inequality and many more can be addressed with Love, Non- violence, Faith principles taught by Jain Darshan, Mahatma Gandhi can be more beneficial towards building a peaceful humanitarian society.

He also said that the preaching’s of  HH Bhagwan Mahaveer about Jain religion, lifestyle, Moral Ethics, Principles are scientifically acknowledged as they could build a healthier and happier society.

Assemblyman David said that for the progressive peaceful society we need more Interreligious and Interfaith conferences, conversations that can help to establish a peaceful society.

Dr.Shukla introduced Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni to ambassadors of various cultures, religions and traditions at the gathering.
